Register NOW for Constructive 2023
Now is the time for the sector to come together and take action

As we head to the polls, the state of the economy and cost of living are at the forefront of most Kiwi’s minds. The building and construction sector is front and center in this debate. We are the country’s third largest contributor to GDP – supporting 540,000 jobs across the country. We are also responsible for building the homes the country needs,  yet affordability remains a critical issue whether you own or rent. Now is the time for action.

As we navigate the current downturn, addressing the boom/bust cycle must be a key focus for Government and the sector. We need to focus on how we can support our workforce, so we emerge stronger as the market corrects. We can lift productivity by addressing consenting and poor procurement practices. We also need to be better at sharing new approaches and technologies that can help us tackle climate change and create more sustainable buildings that won’t compound our affordability challenge. This is the focus of Constructive 2023.

Constructive will be held in Auckland from Wednesday 30 August to Thursday 31 August at the Pullman Hotel.
